FASTER DRYING SCREED FOR THE MOST DEMANDING SITUATIONS
XTR® FD E2C® is an engineered blend of Gyvlon Binder, selected aggregates and clean potable water, to produce a flowing screed that is extremely strong.
XTR FD E2C is designed to provide a smooth level surface in both commercial and domestic buildings where higher than usual loadings are expected. It is particularly suitable for application as a floating screen. The loading characteristics of the insulation being specified is crucial to the performance of the system.

Shorter lead times before floor covering

The FD (Faster Drying) technology by Anhydritec ® modifies the internal screed structure to speed up the drying process, drying times are at least twice as fast : it opens the doors for quicker floor covering . |

The E 2 C technology (Early to Cover) strengthens the screed properties, especially at the surface, increasing adhesion performance, allowing risk free floor cover even at high moisture content (MC), from 1.5% MC for tiles and vinyls. |
